I advise and work with companies, public sector actors and NGOs on the creation, development and impact analysis of their environmental protection and social inclusion projects. Plastic Free Society is an NGO that aims to accelerate our society's transition to the end of plastic pollution. Since 2020, PFS has been creating and testing projects aimed at preventing or reducing plastic pollution in all its forms. From raising public awareness through challenges, to advising companies and organizing clean ups, PFS is a springboard to develop your idea and analyze the relevance of your project.

I intervened with the Little Atlantique Brewery in the writing of their response to a call for tender (public markets): the tri-annual rental of the bar and restaurant spaces of La Cantine du Voyage, one of the most popular and notorious places in the city of Nantes (capacity 1000 covers / day). My mission consisted in building the social and environmental added values of the project, as well as participating in the global drafting of tender response: - proposing and modeling the creation of a structure of Integration by Economic Activity (with the creation of a path of integration for workers presenting social vulnerabilities and difficulties to integrate work circuits), - structuring the HR development of the company, - framing the environmental dimension of the project with the implementation of the best systems and policies in terms of environmental impact, with an approach certified by labels such as Plastic Free Cetification®, - researching and setting up partnerships for the future establishment.

"Local Support System" (DLA - "Dispositif Local d'accompagnement") is a national program that aims to strengthen the development of social economical sector, by carrying out the diagnosis and the engineering of the support plan for the benefeciaries.My main mission at France Active 77 was to establish a diagnosis of the needs of the organization I supported, whether it was a local association or a social business, in order to create an adequate and effective support program, responding to the challenges of the organization. Whether it concerns the needs and issues relating to the business model, external financing, HR management or the optimization of communication channels, my mission was to carry out an objective diagnosis, based on the elements presented by the organization, as well as an in-depth investigation of the sectoral context. Among my other missions were the design and organization of collective training times, for the attention of local association leaders.

I joined La Mutuelle Generale (french insurance company belonging to the social economy sector) as Talent Acquisition Officer, in charge of the recruitment campaign targeting young talents.Beyond the missions relating to the recruitment and follow-up of the company's apprentices and interns, I was also in charge of the reviewing and improvement the existing recruitment and on-boarding processes, and participated in the global Employer Brand project. In 2019, I successfully recruited more than 60 young talents. The same year, the company received the HappyTrainees® label, certifying its employer's value and the quality of its program for work-study apprentices and interns.

I joined the headquarters of the SUEZ group as a project manager trainee at the "Digital & Innovation" Academy. The main objective of the Academy is to produce a training offer that meets the current and future needs of SUEZ employees.My main objectives were related to the monitoring of innovations and disruptive technologies, which could affect the Group's activities and workforce in the long term. I was also responsible for setting up a training offer, learning programms and supports related to the professions and the skills of tomorrow.

Le RECHO is a humanitarian association. Its mission is to create links between humans through cooking, as well as to promote the social integration of the refugees.I joined the team in September 2016, first as a volunteer. Then, in March 2017 as an intern for a period of 4 months. I participated in the organization of their 2nd humanitarian mission in La Grande Synthe refugee camp (population over 1100 persons in 2017) as well as in the implementation of Le RECHO interventions in the Belgian reception center for asylum seekers (Arendonk).Among my daily missions, I was in charge of communication (external / internal), helped to develop partnerships and recruit volunteers. I was also involved in writing tender responses.
