Having participated in over 10 youth exchanges and training courses, I've gained a deep understanding of the core values in youth projects and organizations. These experiences have allowed me to hone the skills necessary to establish and maintain impactful partnerships with key stakeholders. I take pride in my ability to facilitate networking opportunities and advocate for the essential value of youth work. As an Erasmus Coordinator, I excel in matching individuals within the Jedi Movement and its sister organizations with Erasmus projects that align with their skills, interests, and personal development goals.I have successfully sent more than 20 young people on Erasmus+ projects, ensuring they gain valuable international experience and personal development opportunities. Additionally, under my coordination, our organization was partner in more than 10 Erasmus projects, contributing to the successful implementation and fostering collaboration with other European organizations.
