I am a highly motivated self-taught IT professional with almost 10 years of delivering support in networking, hardware & software. I earned my Security+ back in May of this year and completed the Google Cybersecurity Certificate via Coursera in July. I am an aspiring Cybersecurity Professional trying to break into the industry. I know the value I can bring to an organization, I approach the world with an analytical mindset, I am curious about the world and how everything works and critical in the work I do. I am continuing my studies to gain hands-on experience on the tools a Cybersecurity analyst uses via a home lab I built and learning from websites like LetsDefend. I keep up with the daily cyber news by following the Simply Cyber daily threat briefing with Dr. Gerald Auger and am a member of the Simply Cyber Community. I am hoping to connect with individuals already in the field but also aspiring to break into the field. I worked hard to get where I am now, I may not have a degree but I have proven time and time again that I can be relied on and make an impact.
