When I opened the box of my family's first home computer at the age of 11, I was both ecstatic and overwhelmed. I knew that these machines had the potential to make our lives easier. Today, with some years of experience under my belt, I have begun to understand what it takes to use that potential to make a business and its employees more efficient.I have studied information technology and information systems through both classes in university and through my hobbies.
