Operations Manager
Current• Provide excellent face to face customer service and new business development• Manage workflow for teams of technicians to quickly and efficiently complete commercial and residential installations. • Plan and quote large scale installations by evaluating location, locating access / entry points, and laying-out the most efficient and effective equipment and wiring plan.• Coordinate and maintain a sufficient stock and inventory• Build out custom CRM solutions and maintain accurate records through documenting installations, services, and repairs• Plan and deliver large network infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and redundancy.• Plan and Implement new residential and business products• Update and improve job knowledge as technology progresses• Maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies
