Reporting directly to CEO of the Division, the main assignments include:- Head of project management office in Turin:- Program management for the start-up of a new Production Unit in China:• Prepared the 5 years Business Plan for the new production unit with sensitivity analysis on potential risks affecting the project• Coordinated the different teams (Purchasing, Manufacturing, R&D, HR, IT) in the three European production units (2 in Italy and 1 in Finland) and the site team in China in all phases of the project and mitigating the frictions between team members and between different cultures• Support to Localisation and Industrialisation projects of the new plant• Monitored project costs and timing alignment to business plan.- Managed the relationship between Prima Power and a new Partner Company to increase both companies’ market share in areas where they were lacking penetration: • Participated to the definition of formal agreements between two partners.• Managed knowledge transfer between two companies by coordinating activities and resources at both sites• Monitoring project performance alignment to expected results of partnership- Direct management of Divisional Change Programs• Project Management process: Ongoing revisit of the Project Management process for the whole Division. • Exhibition Process: redesigned the whole group policy for exhibition management, supported all divisional teams during the transition• After Sales Process: Redesigned the whole group policy for managing spare parts in order to reduce related inventories within the division. Warranty spare parts inventories reduced by 50%- Management of Divisional Projects:• Sales Configurator: Implemented new sales configurator for the whole division. Training and support of sales network ongoing.- Coordination of Operations and Project Managers within the Division in order to reach Divisional Revenue and Project Margin targets from machine sales

• Managed a number of High Voltage distribution projects worth up to 500,000 pounds. As project leader I manage the design, installation and commissioning of the plants.• Departmental trainer for innovative High Voltage distribution units used on site• Designed, installed and commissioned a plant automation system with Allen Bradley PLC and iFix• Participated to the control and maintenance of water/steam boilers in the electric power generation plant• Devised solutions to improve energy efficiency and energy management of the company

• Awarded with a scholarship for a research project on high voltage engineering by Cardiff University• The project aimed to analyse overvoltage surges generated from switching operations with SF6 switchgears. The objective was to optimize the earthing system in order to minimize such surges• Initiated and organized weekly meetings for the high voltage department in order to improve the communication and cooperation within the team• Created and run the Italian Society. Lead a team of three people to organize weekly events for the 80 members of the society
