As an office division consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, I help global companies with their local real estate needs, providing market studies, financial analyses, and commercial and contractual negotiation. I have worked on projects at the national level, assisting clients with leasing, acquisition, and/or sale of corporate real estate assets.I have a bachelor's degree in economics from FGV Rio and a preliminary background in architecture from UFRJ. I joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, initially working on the representation and commercialization of assets for major market players. Since 2019, I have been part of the tenant representation team coordinating the local demands of our global clients, from the occupant's perspective. My main goal is to translate data into relevant and clear information, supporting the client's decision-making and giving a local view of the business.In order to achieve that final goal, I am leading the development of an internal platform with a Power BI interface. This tool provides customers with detailed zip code, financial and qualitative analysis, empowering our clients with accurate and relevant information.
