I am excited to be part of the marketing team at Brisbane Christian College, working through website, social media and online advertising improvements.This role involves week to week website maintenance, management of SEO, advertising and supporting the team that write content with advice and guidance with CRM and CMS tools. Research and develop a plan for the adoption of replacement software as needed due to budget and feature choices. Plan and implement critical website improvements, along with a new data analytics approach that deeply integrates data from advertising, website, databases and Google cloud tools. Preparing a strategy for the next twelve months regarding content creation, website quality and audience focus.

Working with the team at ifeelgood 24/7 on their internal knowledge management, IT systems and general strategy.Designed an Information Systems strategy and built momentum on key elements for a Brisbane based gym franchise along with communication of the plan to all stakeholders. Understanding key users across the franchise structure and how to outwork adoption of multiple technologies such as password management, internal wiki and project collaboration software. Assess the adoption and impact of these projects as they are implemented and adjust communication accordingly. Finish previously uncompleted projects which had been lagging before coming on team.

A diverse role with many key strategic technical projects involving disparate groups of people such as volunteers, paid staff and interconnected organisations. Oversaw the implementation, training and benefits of moving to a completely online accounting solution, building a CRM from scratch and ongoing adoption of G-Suite. Worked across the organisation to ensure we were streamlining our digital efforts, not doubling up on tools and sharing within the team on how to make the most of tools like Google Spreadsheets, Mailchimp, our CRM and Trello.This role also involved the management of all finances, secretary to the board and reporting to the newly formed ACNC. Adapting to changing technology and governance accountability along the way. Notable projects involve implementing strategic payments platforms for point of sale and online events registrations.

Worked with various companies as a consultant, sometimes hiring additional team as needed. Client work included the research and implementation of online software alternatives to classic desktop install infrastructure. Oversaw the change management and technical aspects of companies moving to G-Suite, some to Saasu (accounting), Dropbox and also solutions on the Zoho collaboration suite (an alternative to G-Suite). Each company was a unique situation and I oversaw end to end adoption, including migration, problem resolution, training and support.Worked with clients to deliver scoped out and agreed outcomes throughout the project life cycle. Assisting teams with their research of potential solutions and how to map their existing business processes and data management with the technologies brought in.

This organisation was unique in there being a small employed headcount and a large volunteer base. Running regular large events, some with over 4000 attendees involving hundreds of volunteers. Implemented the internal adoption of newer online tools such as G-Suite, Saasu (accounting) and Asana (task management). This included the training and monitoring of adoption of tools externally as we needed a single platform to work with and communicate to our volunteers.Further to this, the role involved communicating clearly with a diverse set of stakeholders from advertisers to the broader public. Developing a trail of financial reporting systems from the bookkeeper detail through to the state and then national levels of the organisation’s governance.

Administration for Residential Air-Conditioning installation company plus manager of a Home Automation installation company. Developed re-branding and paperless office strategy with cloud based systems for reporting and CRM. Completed a full migration to Google Apps, leading to much more efficiency and organisation across the company.

Built Blue Integration to a turnover of $150K in the first year, developing and implementing a marketing strategy while performing the key sales role.
