I love working with leaders, particularly women who lead, because together we get to empower their teams to greater skills, cohesiveness and PROFITABILITY. Communication and the range of soft skills are THE skills of the digital age. By expanding their knowledge and up-skilling teams, together we get to make a profound ripple effect in the way that people communicate, interact and work side-by-side, even at a distance. I thrive on creating conversations that help people progress - helping them to better see what they are capable of doing, AND to have a great time while doing it. Combining an education in theatre and real-world business experience, I created Practical Dramatics, LLC, a professional training company that utilizes theatre strategies to teach a wide range of human-to-human skills. We design custom curricula, including leadership development programs, create and implement unique and specific training programs to engage and educate our constituency, all the while maintaining a stellar sense of play and humor. We evaluate every program opportunity looking through the ADDIE lens and pay particular attention to the equitable needs of each participant.
