This ultimately enabled us to develop a rich, diverse candidate pool of junior talent to improve both our hiring speed, quality and diversity of our junior talent pipeline compared to previous hiring seasons. In the day-to-day, I was consistently impressed by LB's ability to partner with the university recruiting team to build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels. In all her interactions, LB was consistently proactive, data-driven and autonomous in her work. One of her strengths that most up-leveled our team was her ability to regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders on a weekly basis to ensure our team was hiring strategically. More broadly on the team, she was viewed as a resident sourcing expert for data science by sharing sourcing best practices to the team.
