I started working for Kestronics in June 2013 as a Sales Account Manager. My product portfolio initially consisted of Android based rugged hardware such as tablets and smartphones, however this quickly developed into specialising in a number of different areas such as RFID, ID Card Printing, Handheld Computers, Mobile Printers and Kiosk Components. Because of my quick technical learning ability I quickly learnt about the technical side of the product as well as the product features itself which in turn provided me and my colleagues with added support.I also have significant input into assisting with the marketing for the business as well as helping with the two or three websites we run. I have gained a huge amount of knowledge working for Automated Marketing such as basic WordPress skills, Infusionsoft skills, marketing and social media strategies and business strategy; I have also gained a very basic knowledge of photoshop.

Tidy store, assist staff with product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, sort out deliverys as and when they come in.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to area manager. SOD and EOD and Cash handling. Payroll to accounts at HQ. Supporting staff. Making sure the store was looking clean tidy and ready for the day before we open. Deliverys and returns.
