I have focused on customer service in all aspects of each position I have held in the workforce for over a decade. I thrive on solving problems, collaborating with colleagues and with customers to do so. Some of those current opportunities have been in working with our sales team, the marketing team and with our customer services ( I enjoy working in different departments to learn all aspects of the business).Though my job centers around customer and sales support, I do hold a love for marketing and try to work with them as much as possible. To see an event come to life after months of preparation and hard work is the most rewarding thing, especially when customers have strong positive feedback about the experience you have set up.
