Designed visual map to provide executive level view of activities and performed monthly updates. • Represented division on the Bureau Name Correction Working group. Gathered information from all parts of the Division to ensure that decision makers had an accurate and complete view of the costs and implementation requirements of the Bureau Name Change. Also served as initial point of contact for RMR executives and staff, alerting them to requirements and response times for action items, as well as answering more general and operational questions.• Provided executive support and strategic guidance on establishment of a framework of continuous improvement for work processes, including planning, rule writing, guidance and reporting. Worked with team leads and managing counsels to implement tools and templates to ensure (1) time estimates that reflect all necessary activities, including those performed by team members and other stakeholders not in the Office of Regulations, (2) appropriate levels of communication to stakeholders and (3) documentation of issues raised and decisions made. Performed content inventory to ensure all departmental procedures were captured. Analyzed departmental procedures to increase efficiencies while ensuring that all policy requirements were met. • Led pilot for divisional “Effective Meetings Initiative” to test recommendations for improving management and staff experience of work meetings by establishing standards for agenda setting, meeting facilitation and documentation of meeting decisions.
