I worked in various leadership and commercial positions and encountered diverse challenges in different countries and cultures. I drove massive projects to success, contributed to great wins, built, and led amazing teams, made lifelong friendships, and of course, also failed a couple of times. I entered the telecom industry 25 years ago in device sales (Ericsson) before I became the Head of B2B Sales at Telenor Hungary. We sold integrated mobile solutions (mobile PBX, M2M, etc.) to level up the client’s communication systems, generating competitive advantage and value. It resulted in double-digit growth in the B2B revenue.Later, I lead the B2B expansion for Grameenphone (Telenor), in Bangladesh. There, I continued as Sales and Distribution Director and led the SIM and reload distribution revamp pioneering the ‘door-step-delivery’ and ‘cluster controlling system’ to secure the market leadership. Subsequently, I moved to marketing and led the B2C segmentation, pricing, CRM, and predictive AI-based ‘guerilla marketing’ as the Deputy CMO. In 2010 I was invited to be the Board of Director and Chief Commercial Officer of Indosat (Ooredoo). I led the company’s turnover in the commercial division to drive Indosat back to a sustainable growth path. I contributed to the corporate strategy redesign and led the commercial strategy formation. I managed a massive ‘Voluntary Separation Scheme’ in the commercial division while putting an end to the market share loss, nearly doubled the subscriber base, played a part in the infrastructure, and RAN sharing agreements with competitors to strengthen our position against the market leader. I launched the ‘Cluster-Based’ monitoring, the predictive AI-based ‘guerilla marketing’ to increase ARPU and reduce churn. Following a short assignment at a digital payment company in Hungary, I joined Cellcard (Cambodia) as a Chief Commercial Officer. I initiated the renewal of brand identity and pricing, commenced various operational intelligence projects (sales information system, dealer, and sales force applications), and a collaboration project with Microsoft for the B2B segment.Later, I was appointed as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer overseeing regulatory, the legal compliance domains and leading the cooperation with regulatory institutions. Following the Cellcard IPO I also held the Corporate Secretary and Disclosure Officer positions.I am willing to join a team, where I can contribute my multicultural leadership and abundant commercial expertise to generate value for shareholders, employees, and society.
