Senior Account Manager
Current• Manage key accounts and on-board new accounts through extensive research, attending tradeshows, and phone calls.• Communicate with buyers/customers daily regarding new products, trends in the market, order adjustments, selling reports and overall business. • Monitor product sales performance and inventory levels by analyzing selling reports to help developassortments / merchandise products with the objective of properly representing the brand, as well as identifying margin-building opportunities.• Coordinate with production, sourcing, design, and shipping teams to meet customers need and deadlines in a timely manner.• Have a well understanding of top brands and licenses ranging from Disney, Viacom, WarnerMedia, &other various properties.• Provides quarterly & yearly sales projections / forecasting to licensors• Review style guides provided by licensors alongside design team to determine art direction that best fits customers brand/values to ensure high sales performance
