Laurel has had the opportunity to design with start-ups, agencies, freelance, and large enterprises; all in just under a decade. She comes from a background in theater arts and customer service, which helps her in uniting teams to develop efficient and effective user experiences through storytelling, empathy, and collaboration.Currently she is leading and growing the product design team for the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) business unit at VMware, driving user-centered design strategy and process.
