Green Building Council) in LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) consultant and instructor for a continuing education program called, Forever Green Training & Sustainable Design; this program hold seminars that teach the methodology of green building practices for future sales in the united states. Ms. Santoro is also an instructor at Pratt Institute in NYC and she also holds seminars at several colleges in the tri-state area for CE (LU) for Registered Architects, Engineers Urban Planners, Real Estate appraisers and Brokers. Ms. Santoro''s course called The Green Real Estate Guide to LEED® Certified Building & Sustainable Design has been approved from the New York State education department. In conjunction with instructing several LEED courses Ms. Santoro has also written several preparatory books that coordinate with the LEED® reference guides for the USGBC.
