Mr. Londner is a Certified Inspector of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), a Member of the Virginia Association of Real Estate Inspectors (VAREI), the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors (WVAHI), and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He maintains Architectural Licenses in VA, and MD, is a Licensed Virginia Home Inspector with the additional (NRS) New Residential Structures Endorsement, and licensed as a Home Inspector in West Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.
