Managed a 17 million dollar project that provided SMART Boards and Chromebooks to 220 schools, including contracting and managing additional staff to support teacher professional learning around integration of technology. Recruited, trained and lead a team of educators in evaluating digital tools to ensure student data privacy and educational efficacy. Planned and organized multiple professional development events designed to increase the level of G Suite integration in classrooms and certify teachers as Google Certified Educators. To date over 80 have been certified. Increased access to new and emerging technologies for coaching staff by developing learning labs where office staff can use new technologies and have access to quality lesson plans that model effective integration. These include robotics and coding, virtual reality, and augmented reality. Topics continue to grow. Managed the redesign and content building of our office website to make our services easier to find and re-align content with office goals. Lead the creation and upkeep of the District's Technology Price List which included leading RFPs and working with vendors to ensure our price list meets the needs of schools.
