Over the summer of 2020, feeling like I was not able to do any meaningful activities with the restrictions at the time, I began to look for a summer job. I found a local Vegan food truck that was based only 10 minutes away from my house. Work on the truck was constantly busy and very stressful. However, over time I began to adapt my skills and mindset in order to succeed in the food truck and resteurant.
