A trusted business partner with multistate regulatory, operations and CSR experience, I am known for cross-functional collaboration and my ability to operationalize strategic goals. I excel at building partnerships and enjoy mediating solutions. My most rewarding work has been developing broadband and digital equity partnerships. My expertise is in telecommunications, broadband, video franchising, corporate social responsibility, advocacy, and local government affairs. A lawyer by training, I have extensive negotiation experience and quasi-judicial experience, serving as Chair of Vermont’s District 5 Environmental Commission. I thrive on good teamwork and operational excellence. Seeing others succeed is very important to me so I pay it forward by mentoring aspiring leaders. I am particularly proud to have helped launch and mentor multiple employee resource groups and an employee-led DE&I Council. Now, after 12 years as VP of External & Government Affairs for three Comcast regions, I have returned home to Vermont. I am thrilled to be here and look forward to serving my community and helping organizations thrive.
