Keith Cooper is an experienced labour relations and administrative law professional with skills in arbitration, negotiation, and tribunal management. His early career as a writer helped shape his ability to be an effective communicator, and his decade at bargaining tables honed his negotiating skills. Presently, Keith manages the Horse Racing Appeal Tribunal for the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. He introduced fully electronic hearings to the organization, as well as helping to overhaul Tribunal Rules and Guides. Prior to this, he helped revamp the Adjudicative Tribunals for CPA Ontario, overseeing four administrative law tribunals transitioning to new Rules and Procedures. His media education and experience featured roles designing and executing strategic communications plans, as well as stints as a public spokesperson and speech writer.
