Vp Of Customer Success
CurrentResponsible for leading the Customer Success department within The Princeton Review's Institutional business unit. I continue to support our Tutor.com client base across verticals including higher education, K-12, military/government, employee benefits partners, and public libraries. Additionally, my team supports the broader portfolio of institutional products and services available through The Princeton Review, including test preparation services, professional development services and more. The CS department manages the customer onboarding process, service fulfillment, client support, relationship management, partner engagement and ongoing account management for our client partnerships. We strive to support learners of every age with the highest quality education technology services through dedicated and consultative work with our incredible institutional partners.
