My versatile work experience has taught me the benefits for any business in making a strong commitment to customer service. I am an advocate for the clients I serve and value honest business partnerships. I have worked in a variety of sectors throughout my career including B2B sales and client services, retail, education and film. In any position, I value teamwork and collaborative environments that embrace an enthusiasm for creativity and collaborative thinking. In my current role, I am responsible for managing the customer success and implementation teams that support our institutional partnerships. I also manage many of our key client partnerships directly. I have successfully implemented technology-based online tutoring programs across various sectors including public libraries, K12 schools and districts, higher education institutions, government programs and corporations. I served as the project manager on numerous statewide implementations and large scale projects with state libraries, at colleges and universities and school districts. I am responsible for developing new strategies and best practices for customer success and implementation across the institutional business for our online tutoring and test prep customers.Overall, I am passionate about improving the lives of students across the country. I enjoy working in the edtech industry as I can fuse my passion for education with a desire to work in a business setting.
