Converted internal accounting system from Quick Books Pro to Arkona's own internally developed business management software system. Company was sold to DealerTrack Holdings, a NYSE company, in 2007 for $56 million.

Responsible for all accounting, treasury, budgeting and reporting for a privately-held medical products manufacturer. Converted/upgraded internal accounting system from MAPIX to Visual Manufacturing.

Responsible for all accounting functions and financial and SEC reporting and filings for an international public manufacturing company with year 2000 sales of $157 million, after tax profits of $43 million, annual growth exceeding 10%, 1,700 employees, 8 subsidiaries, and 3 manufacturing locations. Directly responsible for 39 accountants and clerks. Also responsible for all external and internal audit functions, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Extensive involvement in the initial analysis, due diligence, negotiation, acquisition and integration of 7 new subsidiaries. Converted/upgraded internal accounting system from CYMA to MAPIX Manufacturing. Company was sold to Kimberly-Clark Corporation in 2001 for $475 million.
