Within this job it’s my responsibility to make sure all Nike and Converse stores are clean and well maintained. Together with 4 coordinators we are taking care of all Nike stores in Europe.Daily tasks:- Processing new requests from stores into the global facility software system- Chase local vendors to make sure they do the work according to the determined deadline as described in the SLA - Daily contact (phone and email) with store managers to build a relationship, deal with complaint and discuss ongoing business- Arranging utilities, cleaning, deep clean and maintenance for a new to open Nike store- Visit the store during store opening to make sure everything is arranged for the actual store opening- Negotiate prices with vendors for unplanned repair works- Keep track of the stores’ facilities budget- Requesting purchase orders and follow up on payments- Updating store Masterfile- Train new colleagues on the job.

- Administering managers diary- Preparing agenda for the weekly team meetings and taking minutes- Managing internal- and external correspondence, e-mails- First point of contact for customers on the phone and by email- Making travel and accommodation arrangements- Set up corporate events - Set up meetings and catering- Creating purchase orders- Creating and administering offers
