Maintaining district satisfaction, meeting expectations, and managing outcomes being a top priority for Relationship Managers.Develop and Maintain Working Relationship with Clients and Placed Resources:- Function as the primary point of contact for all contractors and clients on book of business throughout duration of school year contract.- Provide mediation between client and contractor when expectations and outcomes aren’t being met on either side, while helping create clear and concise expectations inclusive of written / customized plan of action with measurable results and follow-through.- Visit contractors/clients at their sites if feasible.Develop Working Relationships with Internal Division Resources:- Partner with recruitment to ensure clinicians complete contracts; account management to ensure appropriate and successful placements; business development to ensure accuracy in client and job requirements; payroll and benefits to ensure appropriate compensation.- Utilize SalesForce to log calls, events and follow up activities; manage daily workload via dashboards, reports and alerts.- Secure contractor renewals with clinicians and clients while gauging interest throughout school year in extending support for the active contractor.
