SunZia Southwest Transmission Project: 520-mile ROW (NM and AZ) SunZia Wind - Pattern Energy- Title Lead for Bureau of Land Management tracts. - Set the standard for BLM deliverables and foundation title across the project. - Abstracted title on Federal, State and Private landowner tracts through central New Mexico and southern Arizona to obtain insurable title. - Untangled complex heirships, utilized creative research skills to locate heirs and/or missing interest holders, and drafted curative documents. As a direct result the client was able to avoid filing several quiet title lawsuits. - Utilized the Federal Register and National Archives for research of Federal Laws, Acts of Congress and Executive Orders relating to Federal land grants and Indian Reservations.- Abstracted title on State lands at the New Mexico State Land Office and Arizona State Land Office.- Ran title on Railroad land grants, easements, conveyances and assignments including Rails to Trails in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas and Illinois, including The Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe, other main line railroads as well as narrow-gauge short lines. - Ran title on New Mexico Institute of Mining Technology's "M" Mountain and the Department of Defense explosion buffer areas around White Sands Missile Range.- Researched Spanish Land Grants, including the Pedro Armendaris (Ted Turner Properties), Community Land Grants and Conservation Easements.-Specialize in sourcing data for project research.-Post closing title punch lists and title curative.

Landman Services: Mineral ownership reports, title abstracting, contract negotiation, lease acquisitions, production research and leasehold analysis. Investigative Services: Personal injury and workers compensation claims, motor vehicle accidents (including tractor/trailers); small aircraft crashes; atv accidents. Make recommendations based upon applicable building codes and standards (OSHA, REO, NEC, NFSA) and applicable municipal code.

We were engaged in active rescue from 2017 - 2020. During that time, we saved over 400 animals and worked with law enforcement and rescue groups across the nation. (A big thanks to Pilots and Paws!) In the latter part of 2020, we were blessed to be able to step up for a child in CPS care and had to retire from running an on-site rescue. Our mission now is to advocate for better animal welfare laws and providing community outreach efforts to promote animal welfare (humane tethers, dog houses, vaccinations and vouchers for spay and neuter).
