As a Training Specialist at LPR Management, I have over 40 years of experience in delivering individual and group wellness training for total health. I have a strong background and training in fitness, dance, aquatics, and total wellness in all stages of life, as well as a passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.I am also a certified QPR Trainer, a Licensed Real Estate Professional, and a Talk Saves Lives presenter, with an emphasis on lifesaving education. I provide mental health first aid training, suicide prevention and postvention education, and advocacy for ending the stigma surrounding mental health illness. I work with the National Council for Behavioral Health and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to raise awareness and save lives.
