I create compelling, concise content for intended audiences. I work with companies in a variety of industries — from tech to consumer packaged goods — on both B2C and B2B content. Currently, I consult on the corporate communications team for a multinational food company, manage the blog strategy and employer brand content for a tech company, and create social and blog content for a IT technology platform.Previously, I wrote website copy for a tech company and a consumer packaged goods company, created blog content (both bylined and ghostwritten) for a marketing technology platform and an online continuing education company, and put together the strategy and social media content for a leading international tech company. Notable achievements:-Grew a company's LinkedIn page audience by more than 60% with a 7% engagement rate versus the platform standard of 3%.-Grew blog page views by 70% YoY and achieved a 15% CTA conversion rate.-Employer brand blog content contributed to a 49% increase in hires.

In my role as managing editor, I handled all written branded content at The Muse. My main goal was to ensure our content told great stories and gave helpful advice while meeting the goals of the client. To do that, I worked closely with editors and writers to craft and hone each story. Once it was published, I worked with our distribution manager to write social copy and track performance. I also created custom content pitches to fit the needs of each client and watching the content meet and surpass the goals they set out for us.

As one of the first members of a growing branded content team, I helped set up the fundamental processes of branded content at The Muse. I built a network of writers and created a cross-functional workflow to ensure timely content production. I also worked with both enterprise and mid-market clients to create content that met their hiring and retention goals.

Through direct embedment at the client site, I managed the production process for Chase's content marketing site. Working cross-functionally, I guided the content through writing and editing, multiple approvals, and production, having the final say before publishing to 40M readers per month. In addition, I updated the client's content strategy to align with new company goals.

I managed social channels for more than 20 different small business clients. This included creating daily posts, promoting organic growth, and reporting on metrics to clients to foster sales leads and increase brand awareness.

In a hybrid content/social media role I wrote feature stories and weekly blog posts, and managed the site's social media presence. I crafted posts for each platform and compiled weekly traffic reports to share metrics. In addition, I completed photo research and fact-checking for all stories published.
