I was responsible for the design, execution, and commissioning of the Weidmann 2 MWp PV Plant and the Maffessoni 900 kWp PV Plant. I took on the role of Development and Technology Manager.In 2023, we began implementing Lean Manufacturing in the company, which was a year of intensive learning in problem solving and management. I participated for the third time as an exhibitor at Intersolar SP, the most important fair in the sector, and also the 1st Vertys Partners Convention in São Paulo, where I gave a lecture to our 300 largest customers, presenting the new developments in IT, Engineering, and Support sectors.With the new legislation in Brazil, we saw the opportunity to focus on large projects >500kW, leading to the separation of the Engineering and Support sectors. I became the manager of the Engineering sector focused on projects >75kW ("Engineering, Procurement and Construction" model). I developed the processes of the sector and implemented a management system for opportunity tracking and project monitoring. Also in 2023, we finalized the sale and began the execution of the 1MW NETTSON PV Plant in Toledo-PR, a project that has become our business card.That same year, I went to the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, China. As a representative of Vertys, I sought new products and markets, followed the production process of new suppliers, and presented our demands for improvements in the partnership with long-standing suppliers. The main visits were related to Air Conditioners (Ningbo), Electric Scooters (Yongkang), Photovoltaic Panels (Taizhou), and Photovoltaic Inverters (Suzhou).In 2024, we are looking to consolidate processes and improve the commercial strategies of the Engineering sector.
