Innovation management: from diagnostic (why isn't innovation producing the anticipated / expected results) to ideation management (open / consortium / elite), portfolio management (tying investment to corpoarte strategy and objectives), resource allocation, PMO and PM. $ 325 Million in innovation benefits generated. 2. PMO: Diagnostics / Set-up / Management and reporting: typically gaining insight into programs and projects, offshore or near-shore realities, setiing up PMO's and managing them end-to-end, usually on a global basis for MNC's 2. Complex PM rescue and diagnosis - rescued a $ 350M SAP project - besides many smaller projects "that were going south" 3. Strategic sourcing: within a broader supply chain strategy context, I help clients establish strategy, approach and processes leading to a self-reliant unit. Focus includes negotiation strategies, spend segmentation, vendor management/scorecards, collaboration, demand planning and forecasting, inventory management etc. over 100 engagements completed, over $ 2 Billion in spend sourced and achieved an aggregate 12.3% in overall savings versus baseline. 4. Complexity Management: eliminate complexity, especially in 3 major areas: merger intergration, branding/pricing and SKU management, and internal busines processes. Typical results lead to better market positioning/penetration, vast increases in customer satisfaction, better margin optimization and streamlined processes (perhaps as simple as an effective merger integration process) 5.
