Technical Support Associate
Current- Diagnose & resolve hardware, software & end user problems.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT & technical queries.
- Support the development of the infrastructure and systems to meet the company’s needs.
- Work within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet.
- Participate in the rollout of software updates and patches as well as periodic workstation refreshes.
- Configure and manage backup & restore procedures for various physical and virtual servers.
