I am a professional with a complete theoretical and practical training in the fields of engineering, machine learning, information technologies (IT), sleep science, research and innovation. I have developed my professional career around the research and teaching, applying the knowledge and abilities acquired in the administration, development and implementation of different technological, commercial and educational projects, specifically in data science projects. Broad experience using and applying tools of computer intelligence, business intelligence and data mining.Currently, I work as a Research Director – Chief Data Scientist at Desert Point Technologies, leading the development of machine learning algorithms and statistical models to recognize risk patterns in transport environments. Additionally, I worked at the University of Chile as an Assistant Research in different sleep research projects, especially in analyzing and processing of electrophysiological signals, automatic sleep state and stage detection and sleep architecture analysis.I have the ability to work and lead multidisciplinary teams, generating a friendly environment within the group.
