Prepare, develop and managing EPC Projects for Vepica Main responsibilities are:Evaluation of Economic and Technical project feasibilityProject Planning – Develop a plan for managing project, including staffing, schedule, job cost breakdown, work measurement system, invoicing format, and document flow and control.Estimating – Assist Client and ensure accurate estimatesBudget formulation – Support client for budget formulationCustomer relationship – Ensuring contract is reviewed and understood by the project teamProject documentation – Develop and implement a system for timely and accurate project documentation, including billings, Technical information, change request, schedules, meetings, and work measurementsConstructability Review – To review project management procedures and standard to ensure constructability and design are accordance with the goal of meeting or exceeding project quality, cost and schedule commitments. Leadership the project team to establish, organize and direct the efforts of the project team, and standardized management procedures and methods of Vepica, and Project Management Institute are being used.

- Build the Project Management Office for large EPC projects.- Provide engineering solutions as required for EPC projects in execution. - Development and managment of the historical memory, standards and procedures of projects in execution. - Contribute and participate into the new large EPC projects to be done for the Joint Venture in Nigeria.

Project: MENZEL LEDJMET EAST PROJECT – BLOCK 405B ALGERIAClient: SAIPEMDescription: Responsible of the technical office in site regarding to the installations assigned to ABB. Tanks, piping, civil works, of areas 500. 600 and 707 inside plant. Construction, precommisioning and commissioning activities.

Client: Sociedad Quimico-Minera de Chile (SQM-Chile) / Working for ABB PS&S in ABB SpA Agencia en Chile.Piping & Mechanical Engineer and Construction Lead.Engineering and Construction of the Production of New KNO3 Production Plant; located at Coya Sur, Atacama North Desert, Antofagasta region, Chile. - Assure the development of field piping engineering, layout, equipment implantation and piping layout installations for process and service. Prepare and review technical specifications, line list, P&ID revision and actualization, materials and buyers technical specifications for new scope of works, not considered during design. - Provide technical analysis assistance, evaluation and selection of Lifting Devices.- Supervising and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to assure field piping (75000 diametric inches) and mechanical construction final assembly and installation of service and process packages, like cooling towers (16 fans), pumps (94), crystallizers (2), heat exchangers (9), CS tanks (2) and (17) SS tanks, boilers (2) and steam generators (2) . Scope of work include mechanical, electro-instrumental and control interface, between packages, and other services equipments, over the plant. Finally provide technical coordination of 37 different vendors and field construction companies. Entire project man power projections will reach 1.2 MM HH.._ Supervising and preparing cost control claims, about engineering and construction extra contractual works, required by client.- Supervising, reviewing and controlling cost control claims made by subcontractors.- Provide technical and coordination assistance during commisining activities

Piping & Mechanical Engineer and Construction Lead.Engineering and Construction of the Production Platform PB-KU-H for PEMEX, oil separation and gas compression (100 MBLSD/60 MMSCFD), in KU-Maloob-Zaap Camp, Sonda de Campeche, Gulf of Mexico, as Piping & Mechanical Engineer and Construction Lead, responsible for:- Assure the development of piping engineering, layout, equipment implantation and piping interconnections between equipments.
