- Lead the updating of the Sisbén (system for selecting beneficiaries of social spending). In charge of daily and strategic operations. Application of 20 million surveys, database design, developments and deployment of the system in social programs and all municipalities in the country. - Coordinate the construction and use of the database to allocate national government subsidies and participate in the design and implementation of two subsidy programs with digital payments (4 million beneficiaries) during the COVID-19 emergency.Direct reports: 15Indirect reports: up to 40
