Provided day-to-day management and development of Interpath's system and application monitoring platform, BMC PATROL.• Developed custom change control, auditing, and configuration management tools using Perl scripts and a SQL server database.• Developed a HTML dashboard using Perl to present server performance data within a 3D dashboard view. This enabled engineering staff to more effectively leverage agent collected information for troubleshooting and/or capacity planning.• Provided system and operational on-call support with the Microsoft Engineering Group.
