My career spans 21 years experience of innovation, brand development and communications in both local and global roles. After starting out at Unilever, I was keen to learn more about the brand experience so joined a supermarket retailer, where my proudest achievements include the TV campaign that brought Jamie Oliver to Sainsbury's and the strategy development for Sainsbury's own brand and the launch of multi-million pound ranges including Taste the Difference, Be Good to Yourself, Organics and Basics.
