The product is positioned as a disruptive technology by providing a centrally-delivered J2EE network management user interface which is less expensive, more reliable, and more convenient than existing shrink-wrap or turnkey solutions.Led in the adaptation and enhancement of the NEBULA PERFORMANCE MONITOR product from its original design target of large carrier network management to the highly complex and demanding realm of Enterprise Network and Server Management.Conceived, managed and delivered multiple major releases of the performance monitor product, which successfully displaced the Nuvo legacy network surveillance and performance reporting tool-set for all first tier and new customer installations.

Delivered NEBULA PERFORMANCE MANAGER releases 6.2 through 6.4. These releases were characterized by market leadership targeted innovations such as automatic fault tree analysis, generic data collection facilities, and significant performance and reliability improvements.Originated, managed and successfully delivered the NEBULA EM NETWORK MANAGEMENT APPLIANCE project, an effort towards a small footprint, hardware-based solution to the management of small to medium complexity IT infrastructures.Served as intellectual property subject matter expert for various source code licensing initiatives, with clients including Cisco Systems and ACD Technologies Inc.Acted as intellectual property and technical prime during the marketing, due diligence, and eventual acquisition of Linmor by Nuvo Network Management Inc.

Prime contributor and researcher for Linmor's High Scalability Initiative, designed and implemented software for the emulation of very large Frame Relay and ATM networks.Led an intensive re-factoring of the Nebula system architecture, including a full porting to the POSIX-compliant Linux platform, adaptation to standard relational database storage engines, and the leveraging of parallel processing techniques within a Non-Uniform Memory Access architectural paradigm.

Prime researcher and implementer for the introduction and application of automated software testing across AIT's software and embedded systems product lines. Other projects included the Windows Passport Issuing System Environment (WISE), biometrics (system validation, other details elided), the Rapid Eye Remote Video-Audio Telesurveillance System (PSTN, ISDN and Internet Protocol), the Comfile Digital Voice and Data Recorder (FCC and CRTC acceptance), Armored Combat Communications Simulation and Training System (acceptance and deployment, other details elided), NATSIM-COM (intellectual property transfer and associated due diligence, other details elided).
