I am a proven educational leader and administrator who is passionate about achieving academic excellence and innovation for all students and staff. I hold a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Union University and a Master of Education degree in Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Memphis.As aChief Academic Officer, I was responsible for developing and implementing the District's academic vision, goals, and strategies, ensuring alignment with the state standards and accountability systems. I also oversaw all schools' curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development programs, serving more than 9,000 students and 800 teachers. I leveraged my skills in instructional leadership, coaching, strategic planning, and budget preparation to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. I also established and maintained effective partnerships with various stakeholders, including parents, community members, and external organizations, to support the District's mission and vision.
