-Coordinates the RFP process for selecting vendors for the PACK EXPO online Service Manual for domestic tradeshows. -Manages the exhibitor meeting room process at PACK EXPO tradeshows and works with exhibitors to determine their meeting room needs, including AV, electrical, and F&B. -Manages the Insider Advantage Program at PACK EXPO tradeshows, which includes managing large group registrations, assigning meeting rooms, managing room floorplans, and ordering room signage.-Works with vendors to order onsite needs for PACK EXPO including electric, telephone and computer equipment.-Manages the show management meeting rooms for PACK EXPO tradeshows, including finalizing room layouts, and signage and equipment orders.-Manages all Show Management Catering BEOs for the domestic shows both pre-show and on site.-Works with housing vendor to contract hotels for PACK EXPO domestic tradeshows.

-Collaborates with the Senior Director of Conferences on conference and event logistics, including site selection, program development and educational opportunities-Collaborates with and monitors volunteer committees, including preparing programming materials for committees -Serves as the primary point of contact for collecting all necessary information and materials from conference speakers-Attends and manages conferences and events as on-site support-Manages event shipments, ensures all logistical details including room set-up, audio/visual, transportation, housing, food and beverage and BEOs-Manages the pre-conference and onsite process for the mobile app and hybrid model of the conference or event-Manages invoice reconciliations, speaker reimbursements, conference and event shipments, department inventory, and the preparation of attendee registration materials-Assists with budgeting, gathering information for the preparation of hotel meeting specifications, rooming lists, and event arrangements

-Assist the Member Services and Database Operations Manager to develop and implement, track and measure individual membership recruiting, retention and lapse recapture campaigns, and product and program marketing campaigns, while managing within budgeted expenses.-Provide oversight for the NAHS/NJAHS programs including: managing retention and recruitment efforts.-Manage the bi-annual NAHS News, e-communications, and mailings.-Serve as the staff liaison to the NAHS National Council. Coordinate nominations for members-at-large, establish the agenda for the annual meeting, and facilitate follow-up.-Provide oversight for efficient and accurate entry of NAHS/NJAHS chapter data into the membership database, including database record clean-up and proper function/maintenance of the NAHS chapter dashboard/portal.-Serve as primary customer service support staff for NAHS/NJAHS chapter sponsors, including: email correspondence; in-bound and out-bound calling; and conflict resolution.-Work with planning team to generate ideas and strategies for creating a National NAHS Student Conference.-Coordinate and facilitate the annual NAHS/NJAHS Juried Exhibition.

-Build and maintain community and relationships with ASTA state chapter leaders -Assist in chapter activities, including government and public relations, education, and member recruitment and retentioin-Develop programs, performing meeting planning, and manage annual chapter events-Develop and manage all budgets related to chapter programs and services-Manage multiple volunteer committees-Develop, manage, and coordinate all ASTA competitions and volunteer programs, such as the ASTA National Orchestra Festival® and Certificate Advancement Program

-Plans and executes all administrative and logistical aspects of the annual National Orchestra Festival® which includes over 1,000 middle and high school students from across the country and brings in 30% of ASTA’s operating revenue-Executed the two largest National Orchestra Festivals® in ASTA history (2018 and 2019)-Assists with event pre-planning site visits and contract negotiation -Serve as the liaison to the nationally acclaimed adjudicators and clinicians of the Festival

-Serves as the primary point of contact for ASTA-Manages all incoming money batches and deposits-Coordinates logistics for all board meetings, including registration, hotel communications, room reservations, and creation of meeting materials-Assists in the editing and proofing of all association materials including brochures, website postings and conference materials
