CurrentLeads HR initiatives such as onboarding, audits, and offboarding. Acts as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and benefits. Oversees management of US Benefits and Leave of Absence. Manages the contingent workforce, including contractors, 1099 workers, and vendors. Works closely with our immigration attorney to manage global full-cycle immigration procedures. Supervises global mobility operations to facilitate international assignments and transfers, in line with organizational goals and talent optimization. Cultivates a positive employee relations climate, emphasizing commitment, teamwork, and communication. Collaborates in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and staying updated on HR trends and technologies. Pioneered the Employee Resource community program, enhancing organizational presence. Advises senior management on HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Leads the development and implementation of HR policies and compliance initiatives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes.
