-Develop constructions projects (civil and industrial) for a leading Norwegian company, specialized in the design and manufacture of high-performance precast concrete products using BIM (Impact for cad) and CAD (Autocad) software:-Design the 3D model, calculate and draw shop drawings for precast sandwich walls, beams , columns and hollow core slabs-Develop strong commercial relationships with stakeholders, architects, specifiers, contractors and property developers-Attending meetings with the customers.-Developing progress reports regarding projects they’re working on-Keeping the team focused on the project and moving toward to reach its goal.-Create and maintain the BIM software Template files to assure Standards-Application of Health & Safety requirements.-Prepare detailed working drawings, as required by the Project Manager, in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.-Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow processes-Utilising BIM within a proactive business development setting-Train and support others in BIM software and standards-Deliver technically correct outputs using CAD/BIM.
