Air Force, among others.fulfilling the functions of technological leader, technical leader, customer support in a critical system such as video surveillance.Since 2018 my career has turned towards IP or SIP telephony. In this new world, I ventured into virtualization and contracting cloud services to carry out a contact center project in the cloud offered as SAAS (software as a service).What started as a project became a reality, in 2022 having more than 1000 concurrent agents who can work from an office or from their homes.In this new field I collaborate with companies such as Lumen and Claro (technology partners) and among our clients BBVA Seguros, Galicia Seguros, Banco Piano, Banco Macro, Mercantil Andina, Tigre Municipality, Government of Mendoza, Mercado Libre (Argentina and Brazil)., Derco (Chile), Airliquide, Aon, among others.Over the past two years I have acquired SIP, DNS, AD, SQL, IIS, Windows clusters, Proxy, and Load Balancing skills.
