As an Operations Coordinator at Divisions Maintenance Group, I provided exceptional operational execution for the plumbing service line for the Sam’s Club National Account team across the entire United States. I processed, expedited, and tracked multiple customer work orders simultaneously, sourced and scheduled providers to perform work, and communicated with customers regarding timeline and project progression. This work also included writing scopes of work, creating proposals, creating e-invoices for providers, and customer billing. I also managed special projects, such as gas line installation for commercial kitchen equipment, and executed all assigned work within the allotted KPIs. I was on call 24/7 during my tenure and worked with proprietary software to house and track all customer tickets from start to finish. I am currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration at Lone Star College. I have also completed courses in Finance and General Business Administration at both Lone Star College and McNeese State University. I have a diverse skill set that includes administration, project planning, dispatching, customer service, analytical skills, invoicing, proposal creation, and problem-solving.
