I am an experienced ESG, M&A, Proxy and Activism professional who holds a master's degree in finance and capital management. Italian native, I am fluent in English and can speak Spanish. After a full honours graduation from "Universita' Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" in Milan, I moved to London and worked for two years as a financial consultant for a Swiss listed bank. Given a personal interest and the growing importance of ESG in the modern world, I after became a Corporate Governance Analyst at Georgeson, one of the lead global provider of strategic shareholder engagement, proxy solicitation and governance consulting services. Currently, I am covering the position of Senior Associate at CMi2i, a modern and fast growing provider of strategic capital markets intelligence who is reinventing the ESG consultancy. During these years, I advised some of the largest listed firms operating in Europe, Africa and Asia on various matters, among which governance, remuneration, board of directors, climate change, activism, m&a and voting policies.
