As the Chief Technology Evangelist at TPx, my role is to help guide the company's strategy as a national managed services carrier through the education and promotion of IT services. I work directly with the sales and engineering teams at TPx on the evolving markets and also help business leaders understand the rapidly changing technology landscape.

Owner of a technical training center that was part of the University of Maine Southern Maine campus. Provided Microsoft and Citrix training services with specialty on MCSE certifications. Expanded offices to cover central and southern Maine.Added internship program for students that lead to consulting and IT support services, with several student becoming employees. Transformed TECCME from technical training services and into IT support services under ITPartners brand with managed service offerings.

Specialize in Active Directory and Exchange migration project for clients with twenty to two thousand users. Many projects included the integration with Unix and Apple environments. Migrations included clients from all industries and successfully completed over fifty migrations in three years, all within scope, time and budget.

Provided management of IT department with combination of internal and outsourced positions. Managed multi-million-dollar IT budget for Sappi-Westbrook facility. Member of the international Y2K project team. Senior Microsoft and Cisco resource for Sappi-Westbrook.

Member of the Exchange team for the migration of over eight thousand users from CC:Mail and IBM OfficeVision PROFS to Exchange 5.5. Provided third tier support for Outlook to the UNUM help desk team. Development of the Outlook conversion training materials.
