Management Analyst - Travel Team Lead
Current• Provide program and administrative support to office and staff performing a range of administrative tasks including Travel Management, Procurement (ICE/CCPS, etc.), Personnel, Training/VSTS, Timekeeping, Meeting Management, File/Records Management, Property, Reporting, Data Calls, and others administrative duties as needed. • Lead a team of 11 Travel Preparers in processing International, Domestic, Invitational and Sponsored Travel Authorizations and Vouchers• Created Travel Training Presentations and Question and Answer Session for FTEs• Serves as the Center's travel and conference liaison or the Federal Agency Travel Administrator (FATA).• Analyze and interpret travel policies and procedures concerning foreign, sponsored and invitational domestic and local travel orders, expenses and reimbursements• Organizes and manages, multi-faceted projects, and multiple small projects simultaneously• Review travel for errors and in accordance with Federal Travel Policy and Regulations for approval• Resolves rare and complex travel issues• Lead Conference Approval Management System (CAMS) conference solicitation processes including conference data entry, submission tracking, solicitation tracking, and process monitoring • Assist with processing procurement activities, including initiating purchase and cooperative agreement requests in ICE as well as accepting invoices in ICE to facilitate payments.• Providing advice and guidance for improvements and anticipates areas of concern.• Analyzing management information requirements to operate program or administrative reporting systems • Manage and maintain Branch/OD travel projections to manage the OD travel budget more effectively.• Prepare personnel action packages for recruits, details, reassignments, resignations, supervisory code designation, and promotions. Confirm funding in PBMS.• Agency Program Coordinator for Government Travel Credit Cards.
