  • Developed intricate mathematical models (PAR sheets) for online slot machines. These are used these to calculate average return, optimise game balance and instruct developer implementation. They are audited by an independent company.• Verified game RTPs (Return To Player) were correct by comparing PAR sheets with game simulations; was solely responsible for diagnosing any inconsistencies.• Collaborated with both concept and development teams to decide the best way to implement features, taking into account the feel of the game, flexibility of game balancing, and ease of developer implementation.• Conducted thorough play-testing, and fine-tuned games based on feedback from fellow mathematicians and the concept team.• Wrote Python script to extract game stats from past PAR sheets. Performed linear regression analysis to correlate these stats with financial data (gross revenue, gross revenue against average for brand).• Took the lead in training new graduate mathematician.
