I am responsible for the end-to-end management of the digital transformation programme, of which the deployment of SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud is a key element.I am responsible for:- Determining the scope of the programme;- Partner selection (contracting);- Development of internal skills;- Setting up and managing the project team;- Key stakeholder management;- Steering Committee;- and others.
