I lead a team of developers, guiding them through the migration to Spring and Angular frameworks, and transitioning our three key applications to the Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. This role includes managing a comprehensive tech refresh, incorporating Azure AD, Cloud storage, Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and PostgreSQL.Additionally, I spearheaded the development of an IT Academy program aimed at recruiting and nurturing entry-level developers. I designed a structured training path that transformed these recruits into valuable assets for Ford, culminating in a highly successful initiative that bolstered our development team's capabilities.

I also contribute to the development and support of MEVIS, an application that manages all vehicles exported and imported through Mexico, and an Anti-Money Laundering app designed to ensure compliance with financial regulations.I played a key role in the migration to the Spring and Angular frameworks. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining the apps' features, ensuring its alignment with business objectives, and providing technical assistance to end-users.
